Ashar’s journey in the entertainment industry began in 2001 when he entered as an Assistant Director and Editor. His early years were marked by a commitment to honing his craft, which laid a solid foundation for his future endeavors.

In 2011, Ashar transitioned into the role of Director with his debut drama “Adhuray Khawab” on Indus TV. This project showcased his unique vision and directorial prowess, quickly establishing him as a rising star in the industry. Since then, he has directed several acclaimed dramas, including:

• “Rashk”
• “Hoorpari”
• “Ajnabi Humsafar”

One of his most significant achievements is the anthology series “Haqeeqat.” This series gained widespread fame and recognition, particularly after the viral “Fiza-Shiza” scene from the “Judwaa” episode. “Haqeeqat” stands as a testament to Ashar’s ability to craft compelling narratives that capture the audience’s imagination and provoke thought.
